Al`�ENDING SECTION 2-905 OF TITLE II (COt'Il�ZISSIONS
AND BOARDS) OF OP.DINANCE N�. 1623 ENTITLED
"CODE OF GENERAL ORDIPIANCE OF TIiE CITY OF RENTON"
RELATING TO THE BOAP.D OF ADJUSTi'lENT.

IT IS HEREBY ORDAINFD BY THE ;�IAYOR AND TH� CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF RENTON AS FOLLOti�1S :
SECTION I : Existing Section 2-905 of Title II (C�mmissions
and Boards) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General
Ordinances of the City of Renton" is herehy amended to read as
follows :
Section 2-905 : POti�+TERS, DIJTIES APdD PERIODIC FtEPOR�'S :
The Board shall have all the powers and duties prescribed
by law and as the City Council may prescribe by ordinance from time
to time including but not Zimiting it to the provisions o� Section
4-731 (C) of Title IV (Building �Zegulations) of Ordinance �10. 1628
entitled "Code of General Ordinances of tne City o� Rent�n" and
as same may be amended f_rom time to time.
In addition thereto the Board of Adjustment shall ma�c.e
periodic reports , at least annually to the Mayor and City Counci'
containing a summary of actions taken by the Board for the preceding
period together with such recommendations as the Board may deem
necessary and advisable. All such reports sha11 be in writing, an d
a copy thereof shall be filed with the City CZerk.
SECTION II : Any and all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

, SECTION III: This ordinance shall be in full �orce and e�fect
upon its passage, approval and five days a�ter its ;nublication.
