SUBURBAN RESIDENCE DISTRICT (S-l) TO SUBURBAN I

I WHEREAS under Chapter 7, Title IV (Building Regulations)
I of Ordinance No. 1628 known as �he "Code of General Ordinances of
the Ci�y of Renton" , as amended, and the maps and reports adopted
in canjunc�ian therewith, the praperty hereinbelaw described has
here�ofare been zoned as Suburba:n Residence Da.s�trict {S-1} ; and
WHEREAS a proper petition �'or change of zone clas�ification
of said property has been f iled with the Planning Department on I
� or abo.ut December 3I, 1976, which petition caas duly referred to
I the Hearing Examiner for investi.gati4n, study and public hearing,
and a public hearing having been held thereon. on or abciut January 31,
1977, and said matter having been duly considered by the Hearing .
