ORDINANCE N0. 3i17 �
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
CHANGING THE .ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTIES WITHIN .THE CITY OF RE.N.TON FROM GENERAL
CLASSIFICATI.ON DISTRICT (GS-1) T0 RESIDENCE
DISTRICT .(R-1)
WHEREAS under Chapter 7 , Title IV (B.uilding Re.gulations)
of Ordinance No. 1628 knowri as the "Code of General Ordinances of
the City of Renton" , as amerided, .and the maps and reports adopted
in conjunction therewi.th, .the property hereinbelow _described: has
heretofore been zoned as General Classificiation Distriet (GS-1) ;
and
WHEREAS a proper pet:ition for change of zone classification
of said proper.ty_ has beeri filed with :the Planning Departmerit on
or abo.ut January 11, 1977, whi:ch .peti.tion was duly referred to. the
Hearing Examiner for investigation, study and .public hearing, and
, a .public hearing having .been he.ld thereon on or about February 8 ,
1977 and said matt.er. a '

Examiner and said zoning request be'ing in conformity with. the Cityts
Comp.rehensive Plan, as amended, .and the City Council having duly

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REN.T.ON, WASHING.TON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS.:
