AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the• City of Renton, [n�hington has heretofore received
certain excess revenues in excess of estimate.d re.venues for the calendar
year 1977 , and
WHEREAS it is necessary� and advisable to appropriate and
trarisfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned funds
f or the purpose of acquiring and improving the Earlington School
Site and such appropriation being necessary and in the public
intere.st and for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE •
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer:

UNTO: Park Facilities Division
