AN ORD.INANCE OF THE CITY. OF RENTON, WASHINGTON .
P:RD.VIDING FOR APPRO.PRIATION OF- .FUND.S ,
WHEREAS the City of Re.nton, Washington, has -heretofore ' �
received certain excess revenues in e.x�e�ss of estima�ed rev�enues .
for the calendar year 1977-, and . �
WHEREAS It .is necessary and advisable to appropriate
and transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned . fund .
for the purpose of providing seaplane base impr.ovements at Rent'on
Municipal Airport and such �appropriation being necessary and in
the public interest and for the public beriefit� NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Th.e Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriati.on and transfer:

. UNTO: Airport Account No.

, SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon
its passage, approval and five days after its. publication.
