to be. vacated; and
_ WHEREAS the City Council by Re.solution Nos .' 2119 and ,2123 ,
passed and approved June 27 , 1977 and July 11, 1977�, respectivel-y
and after due investigation, did fix �and. determine� the lst day �
of August, 1977 at the hour of 8 : 00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers
of the City o� Renton to be the time and place f or a public hearing
. thereon, and the City Clerk having given due notice of such hearing
in the manner provided by law, and alT persons having been heard �
appearing in favar °or in� bpposition thereto; and '
WHEREAS the Departmen-� of Publ.ic LJo.rks and the Planning
Department of the .City of Renton ha�ing duly considered said
petztion for said •vacation, and� having found same to be in the
public interes't and for the public beriefit, and no injury or ,
damage to any person or properties will result from such vacation;
NOW THEREFQRE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
