CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PR0- �
PERTIES WITHIN THE CITY OF RENTON FROM:��GENERAL
CLASSIFICATION DISTRICT (G) TO MANUFACTURING
PARK DISTRICT (M-P)

' WHEREAS under Chapter 7 , Title Iv (Building Regulations) ' _
� of Ordinance No. 1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances
of the City of Renton" , as amended, and the maps and reports adopted
in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow described has
heretofore been zoned as General Classification Districtt (G) ; and
WHEREAS a proper petition for change of zone classi.fication
of said property has been filed with the Plannzng� Department on
or about August .17, 1977 which petition was duly referred to the ,
Hearing Examiner for investigation, study and public hearing, and
, a pub�ic hearing having been held thereon on or about September 6 ,
1977 , and said matter having been duly consid.ered by the Hearing .
Examiner and said zoning request being in conformity .with the City' s

SECTION I : The following described property in the City
of Renton is hereby rezoned to Manufacturing Par�C District (M-P) .
as hereinbelow. specified; the Planning Director is hereby _authorized .
and directed to change the maps of the Zoning. Ordinance, as amended,

Commencing at the intersection of the West line of Lind Avenue,
being 40 feet West, measured at right angles, from the centerline
thereof; and the Northerly line of said right-of-way, which inter-
section is approximately 220 feet Northerly, measured at right
angles , from the centerline of Grady Way; thence Southwes�erly
