AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF F[JNDS
WHIIZEAS the City of Renton, Washington has heretofore received certain
unanticipated revenue from the Comprehensive �nployment Training Program CETA, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and transfer such funds
,
within the CETA Divisions for the purpose of making necessary adjustments as per
contract, and such appropriation being .necessary and in the public interest and
for the public benefit, NOW THER,EFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIlVTON, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to
provide for the following appropriation and transfer:
FROM: Unanticipated revenue to be received from
Comprehensive Em loyment Training Program CETA �47,208.22
(Title II and VI�
UNTO: CETA Divisions all as more particularly shown
on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof �47,208.22
SECTION II: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to
make the following transfer from CETA Police Records Division and CETA Police
Communications Division the following sum, to—wit: $3941g.96
UNTO: The following CETA Divisions, all as more particularly
shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof $3,419.96
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, approval
and five days after its publication.
