ORDINANCE N0 . 3301 .
WHEREAS the City of Renton ,, Washington has- heretofore
received certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues
for the calendar year 1979 , and ,
WHEREAS it is necessar�y and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund fc�r
provide :for �.r�t work for the new Fire Station and such appropriation
being necessary and in the public �.�nterest and for the public
benefit , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
' SECTION I : The Director of Finance is •hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer
FROM: Current Fund , Excess Revenue
(Donation from Rotary Club �

UNTO : Current Fund -
Municipal Arts Commission ,
Acct. No. 000/000/03 . 513 . 21. 64 . 00 $ 500 . 00
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage , approval and five days after its publication.
