CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
ORDINANCE NO. 3310
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPftOPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington has agreed to compromise certain
litigation regarding damages and exfra contract compensation claims in favor of Hayes
Mechanical, Inc. for the sum of $10,000.00, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and transfer such
funds into the belowmentioned fund for the payment of the compromised sum, and
such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and for the public benefit,
NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to
provide for the following appropriation and transfer:
FROM: EXCESS REVENUE .
(1975 Water & Sewer Construction Fund No. 415) $10,000.00
UNTO: 1975 Water & Sewer Construction Fund No. 415
a/c 415/000.015.534.30.65.01 $10,000.00
SECTION II:: This Ordinance shall be effeetive upon its passage, approval
