AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WAS�3INGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIA'I'iON OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington, has heretofore received e�rtain
, excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the calendar year 1979, and
� WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and transfer from
such excess revenue into the below mentioned funds �for the purpose of purchasing land
along the Cedar River as part of the Cedar River Trail System, and such appropriation
being necessary and in the public interest and for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE .
• THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Direetor of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to
provide for the following appropriation and transfer:
