HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 3338 ti t ♦ � r f . , � � • Y CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON ORDINANCE NO. 3 3 3 8 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON CHANGTNG THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPER.TIES WITHiN THE CITY OF RENTON FROM GENERAL CLASSIFICATION DISTRICT (G-6000) TO LIGHT INDUSTRY DISTRICT (L-1) (R-344-79)/PRE-CUT INTERNATIONAL OF WASHINGTON WHEREAS under Chapter 7, Title N (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton", as amended, and the maps and reports adopted in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow deseribed has heretofore been zoned as General Classification District (G-6000); and WHEREAS a proper petition for change of zone classification of said property � has been filed with the Planning Department on or about May 2, 1979, which petition ' was duly referred to the Hearing Examiner for investigation, study and public hearing, and a public hearing having been held thereon on or about May 29, 1979, and said matter having been duly considered by the Hearing Examiner and said zoning request being in conformity with the City's Comprehensive Plan, as amended, and the City i . . Council having duly considered all matters relevant thereto, and all parties .having been heard appearfng in support thereof or in opposition thereto, NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWB: SECTION I: The following described property in the City of ftenton is hereby rezoned to Light Industry District (L-1) as hereinbelow specified; subject to the findings, conclusions and decision dated June 4, 1979; the Planning Director is hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to evidenee said rezoning, to-wit: . See Exhibit "Ar' attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein. (Said property being located at Southwest corner of S.W. 13th Street and Seneca Avenue S.E. (Pre-cut International of Washington)) AND SUBJECT FURTHER to that certain Declaration of Restrietive Covenants executed by Petitioner-owners on or about Jun e 2 5, 1 a 7 9 and recorded in the office of the Direetor of Records and IIections, Receiving No. 7 9 0 6 2 5 0 7 6 2 and which said , , . . �_ � , i y ♦ I • ♦ Covenants hereby incorporatec3 and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
