ORDINANCE N0. 3343
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Renton, Wash-
ington, relating to improvements at the
Gene Coulon Memorial Beach Park and amending
Ordinance No. 3336 passed and approved July 23,
1979.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIiE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIi�T as follows:
Section I . Section I of Ordinance No. 3336 passed and
approved July 23, 1979, is amended to read as follows:
Section I. The City of Renton, Washington shall construct
recreational facilities including boat launch, fishing pier,
trails, day moorage, parking, floating structures, and other

equ pmen and materials incident thereto at the Gene Coulon
Memorial Beach Park, the estimated cost of which is hereby
declared to be as nearly as may be the sum of $7 ,825, 000. 00.
Section II. Section IV of Ordinance No. 336 is amended
to read as follows:
Section IV. The City Council finds that an emergency
exists requiring the construction, installation and improvements
of the Gene Coulon Memorial beach Park, and that as a result
of the existence of such emergency, it is necessary to call a
� special election and a special election is, therefore, hereby
ca11�d to be held in the City of Renton as provided by law on
the 18th day of September, 1979 , in connection with the primary
election to be held on the same date, at which time there
