CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
ORDINANCE NO. 337.4
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington, will receive
unanticipated revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the
calendar year 1979, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate
and transfer from such unanticipated revenue into the belowmentioned
fund to provide for the final payment to the contractor and for
purchase of furniture for the Senior Center facility, and such
appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and for the
public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriations and transfers:
FROM: Unanticipated Revenue
Additional interest, Bond Funds $ 34,257.33
Surplus Sale of Kitchen Equipment 2,965.37
37,.225.70
UNTO: Senior Citizens Center Const. Fund
a/c 313/000/20.555.08.62.00 $ 37,225.70
SECTION II
This Ordinance shall be effective upon
its passage, approval and five days after its publication.
