ORDINANCE NO. 1829
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON., WASHINGTON, AMENDING
HEIGHT LUTITATIOATS IN AIRPORT APPROACH ZONES AS FIXED IN
ORDINANCE N0, 1472, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDATNED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
Section XV - AIRPORT ZONING, paragraph (b) (1), approach zones -•
of Ordinance No. 1.72, as amended (Official Code of General Ordinances of the
City of Renton, Section 4-719 - (b) (1)) which now reads as follows:
" (1) Approach w nes (shaded dark red on plan):
Height limit to be one foot in height for each
40 feet lateral separation from the Renton
Airport boundary"
IS HEREBY AMENDED to read as follows:
(1) Approach zones (shaded dark red on plan: Height
limitation to be one foot in height for each 40 feet
lateral separation from a line which is 200 feet south
from "Displaced Threshold" at Station No.10+00 as shown
on revised Renton Airport Approach plan, No, 1--R., dated
May 17, 1960, which Approach Planis filed herewith and
by this reference is made a part hereof.
This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its passage and
publication.
