AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, PROVIIQNG
FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS BETWEEN GENERAL CLASSES AND EXPENDITURES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: For the purpose of providing additional funds for the
maintenance and operation of the below mentioned department and in order to meet
certain obligations and expenditures which could not be foreseeable at the time
of the adoption of the 1961 Budget, it is hereby found necessary for the proper
administration, operation and benefit of the City and said Department to transfer
funds between General Classes as hereinbelow provided and as authorized by
Chapter 322 of the 1955 Session Laws of the State of Washington, and such transfer
is hereby found to be in the public interest and for the public benefit.
SECTION II: The City Clerk and the City Treasurer are hereby authorized
and directed to make and execute the following transfer of funds, to -wit:
FROM: Current Fund, Police Department,
Account No. 7025 (Capital Outlay -1700) $166.36
UNTO: Current Fund, Motor Pool, Account No. 7036.123
(Capital Outlay) $166.36
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and legal publication.
