AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, RESTRICTING AND LIMITING
PARKING OF VEHICLES ON A CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREET; PROVIDING A PENALTY
FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Parking of vehicles on Morris Street between its intersections
of Third Avenue and Fourth Avenue are hereby restricted and limited to two (2) hours
only between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. daily, except Sundays and holidays.
SECTION II: Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this
Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined
a sum not exceeding Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00).
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and legal publication.
