AIE7.1-MING SECTION 8-715 OF TITLE VIII (HEALTH KID
SANITATION) OF ORDINANCE NO. 1628 EN' ITLED "CODE
OF GENERAL ORDIN4NCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON".

SECTION I: Existing Section 8-715 of 'Title VIII (Health and Sanitation)
of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "CODE OF GMZERAL ORDINAI,ICES OF TIE, CITY OF =1: TON"
reading as follows:,
SECTION 8-715: MiAGE CHARGES - SPECIAL RATES: The monthly rates and
charges for sewage disposal service shall be as follows:
Single family dwelling units
i,Iultiple dwelling units
Other than single family or
multiple dwelling units
$1.25 per month
5 of metered water charge
or 41.25 per units, which-
ever may be greater.
5Q'o' of metered water charge
(considered commercial
property)
Service for users not connected to the City water system shall be charged
at a rate fixed by the City Superintendent of Utilities, subject to ap-
proval by the City Council.
Where the use of water is such that a portion of all the water used does
not flow into a City sewer but is lost by evaporation,, irrir;ation� sprinkling or
any other cause, or is used in manufacturing or manufactured products and the per-
son in control provides proof of this fact and installs a meter or other rrEasuring
device approved by the Superintendent of Utilities to measure the amount of water
so used or lost, no charge shall be made for se;,rage because of water so used or lost.

of July 1, 1962 the monthly rates and char -es for sewage disposal service shall be
as follows:
A. Single family dwelling units:
Metro charge 52.00 per -onth
City charge.,; ,Z'per month,
including state uttility tax.

of every type, business, comme-reial,

each 900 cubic feet
