(Resolution of Intention.)
RESOLUTION NO. __ 6?_3_ ----------
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF�RENTON:
1: That it is the intention of the City Council to order the{ improvement of
Third Avenue from the West side of the Northern
Pacific Railroad, end of the tiesq to the Test
Marginal Line of Morris Street.

connection with the job, complete in all details,
and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, . all in accordance with pians

2- That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such.

3. That the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided by law, submit to the City Council, at or prior
to said date, all data and information required by law to be submitted.
