RESOLUTION NO. 683
.BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to orde the limprovement of ;f4 'ghlands Addition to
Renton1t organs Grand View Addition�t0 Rent n and part of Plat No. 1,
e ton Co-operative Coal Company Acre Tracts
n P p y
The boundries of said district are mo e particularly described
as follows: Bounded on the north by the Seattle Pipe line right-of-way
referred to as Beacon Avenue; bounded on the East by Jones Street and
said right-of-way.
Bounded on the south by the South City Limits on 7th, 8th and 9th
Avenues south and bounded on the nest by the following described line:
Beginning at a point on southerly line of Seattle pipe line right-
of-way which point is 150 feet east at right angles . from Cedar Street,
running thence south to 7th Avenue, thence west on 7th to Renton City
limits, thence south on said Cit; limits on Cedar Street, Renton Street
and Grant Street to 9th Avenue south,
By constructing lateral sanitary sewers withman holes and all.
appurtenances,
and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with plans prepared by
the City Engineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections
at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City of Renton at

is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to said proposed improvement, and all objections thereto, and for
determining the method of payment for said improvement.
3. That the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided by law, submit to the City Council, at or prior to said
date, all data and information required by law to be submitted.
4. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the property liable
therefor, as provided by law.
