WHEREAS, (Grandey Home Builders, Inc)., a Corporation, has
offered to (convey by Warranty Dee , and has executed and de-
livered such Warranty Deed, to the City of Renton the(propert
hereinbelow described situated in indsor Hills Addition to
Renton for use for �Ublic Park and Playground purposes in con-
sideration of mutual benefits and advantages to accrue to the
City and to the Grantor as sub -divider of said addition and as
a property owner therein; and
WHEREAS, the Park Board of the City of Renton has recom-
mended acceptance of said property by the City, and said^ property
is deemed suitable for improvement and use for Park and Play-
ground purposes; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Renton that said (ity does accept said offer of conveyance and
said deed tendered and delivered, conveying to the City of Renton
from Grandey Home Builders, Inc., a Corporation, the real estate
hereinabove referred to, which is described as follows:
All of Lot 11, Block 4, Windsor Hills Addition to
Renton, according -to plat thereof, recorded in Volume
38 of Plats, page 22, records of King County, Washing-
ton, and Windsor Hills Addition Correction Plat to
Renton, according to plat thereof recorded in Volume
39 of Plats, page 38, records of King County, Washing-
ton, with the exception of the two parcels of .land de-
scribed as follows: (1) Beginning at the most westerly
corner of`eaid Lot 11; thence northeasterly along the
northwesterly line thereof on a curve to the left with
a radius of 603.00 feet, the radial center of said
curve bearing north 420 571 01" west, a distance of
85.00 feet; thence south 420 581 64" east 130.00 feet;
thence south 430 001 55" west 85 feet to the most
easterly corner of Lot 10, said block 4; thence north
420 571 Ol" west, along the northeasterly line of
said Lot 10, 130.00 feet to the point of beginning.

(2 ) Beginning at the most northerly corner of
said Lot 11; thence south 280 241 30" west along
the northwesterly line of said lot, 14.36 feet to
a point of curve; thence continuing along said north-
westerly line on a curve to the right with a radius
of 603.00 feets a _distance of 45.64 feet; thence
south 490 58t 08" east 90.00 feet; thence north 510
401 47" east - 85.00 feet to the most southerly corner
of Lot -12s said Block 4; thence north 610 351 30"
west along the southwesterly line of said Lot 12,
120.00 feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT TO: Right to the public as granted in the
dedication of the plat.
Easements and Restrictions of record.
To be used for ' Public Park and Playground Purposes.
Situated in King County, State of 'Washington.
Passed by the City Council this 7th day of October, 1947,
