RESOLUTION NO. 709
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the Improvement of
Walla Walla Atenue from Whitworth Street to Shattuck
Street and Shattuck Street from Walla Walla Avenue to
Seventh Avenue7 in the City of Renton, King Countyq
Washington, by constructing�ix inch water main),,

gates, valves and fittings
and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with plans prepared by
the City Engineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections
at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber in the City Hall in
no the City of Renton at

Which time and place
is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to said proposed improvement, and all objections thereto, and for
determining the method of payment for said improvement.

date, all data and information required by law to be submitted. That the cost of said improvement
on Walla Walla .Avenue from Whitworth Street to Shattuck Street, shall be borne
