WHEREAS under Ordinance No, 1328 there was created an L,I,D,, No. 226: said Ordinance providing that the City of Renton shall pay the costs of that portion of said improvement installed on Walla Walla Avenue from Whitworth Street to Shattuck Street, the costs of which portion are $726,50; NOW THEREFORE there is hereby 4ppropriated and transferred)from )from the Current Expense Fund to said(Loeal Improvement Fund No. 226 the slum of $726.50 to defray aforesaid costs assumed by the City of 1 ton, SECTION 2, WHEREAS the City Water Department furnished materials of the value of $1,930.44 in the construction of aforesaid improvement, NOW THEREFORE the City Treasurer is hereby directed to reimburse the Water Department capital outlay Fund in said amount,, from said Local Improvement Fund No, 226, SECTION 3, There is hereby appropriated and transferred from the Current Expense Fund to said Local Improvement Fund No. 226, the further sum of $2,705,26 as a to n, for purpose of immediate payment of the contractor and costs in said improvement, which loam in said amount shall be re paid, to— gether with interest thereon to the G Expense Fund from said Local Improvement Fund. No, 226, as and when funds become available therein from assessments levied on account of said improvement.
