RESOLUTION NO. 75=
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON., WASHINGTON.,
that the sum of $3.,092.76 be transferred from Current Expense Fund
of the City of Renton., Washington., to L.I.D.., No. 231 Fund as a loan
to the latter fund., in order to save interest on warrants which would
otherwise be issued to the contractor against said L.I.D., No, 231
Fund.
Such loan to be repayable with interest at the rate of six (6) percent
from said L.I.D.., No. 231 Fund., to the Current Expense Fund as and when
monies accrue in said L.I.D.., No. 231 Fund., from collections and
assessments levied for same.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Renton., Washington.,
this 1st day of November 1949.
