BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
That the City of Renton shall �Ccept conveyance by Warranty
Deed with Title Insurance Policy No. B-380691 of Washington
Title Insurance Co. 7 �rom Puget Sound Power & Light Company, a
corporation, (Conveying to the City portions of)NE-j of NW4s and
of NW4 of NE4, of Section 20, Twp. 23 North, Range 5 E. W,M, , in
King County, Washington, as described by metes and bounds in
tendered deed dated March 23, 1951, being area heretofore teased
as playfield on Renton Scenic Hill; and
That the City -Treasurer is authorized and directed to disburse
from Cumulative Fund No. 1184 the sum of $3,180.00 to Puget Sound
Power and Light Company in payment of price thereof7 and such fur-
ther amount from said Fund to the King County Treasurer as required
to satisfy 1951 taxes on said property (estimated $50,00) upon
receiving from Puget Sound Power and Light Company a remittance
for Sellerts pro -rata (one-fourth) share of said taxes for the
period to March 311 1951.
PASSED by the City Council this 3rd day of April, 1951.
