BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON:
Section 1: That Tuesday the 20th day of November, 1951,
at the hour of 8 P.M., at the Council Chambers in the City
Hall of the City of Renton, be and is hereby fixed as the time
and place for hearing upon the assessment roll which has been
duly filed with the City Clerk of the City of Renton for Local
Improvement District 238, to -wit: The improvement of alley in
Block 17, Renton Highlands Addition to the City of Rentong by grad-
ing, graveling, and all other work necessary in connection there-
with. All persons wishing to object to said assessment roll shall
make such objections in writing and file same with the City Clerk
of the City of Rentong at the date of hearing or prior thereto.
Section 2: That the City Clerk be and is hereby directed to
mail and publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 16th day of Octobers 1951.
