WREREAS, a petition for the approval of a preliminary plat for the
subdivision of a certain tract of land within the City Limits of the City of
Renton, as hereinafter -more particularly described, has heretofore been presented
to and filed with the City Council; and
WHEREAS, after due investigation the Planning Commission of the City of
Renton has considered and recommended the approval of said plat and a public
hearing having been held on the petition for the approval of the final plat on
May 28, 1958, in the City Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Renton,
and due notice thereof having been posted as required by law; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice a public hearing on said petition for
the approval of .the final plat was held at such time and date, and the approval
thereof being deemed proper and advisable, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
AS FOLLOWS:
1. The final plat heretofore submitted and approved by the City Council
of the City of Renton under date of June 3, 1958, pertaining to property described as:
That :certain plat known as Vista Heights, an addition to the
City of Renton, being.a replat of Tract 26A and a portion of
Block 26, Renton Highlands No. 2, as per corrected plat, all
located in Section 9, Township 23 North, Range 5 E.W.M.
is hereby approved as such plat, subject to completion by the owner of certain street
improvements, and subject to the laws and ordinances of the City of Renton.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 10th day of June, 1958.
