AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON CHANGING THE ZONING CLASS-
IFICATION OF CERTAIN TRACTS IN THE CITY FROM RESIDENTIAL TO
COMMERCIAL USE DISTRICT.
VVHEREAS under Ordinance No. 1164 and the maps adopted
in conjunction therewith as amended., the tract hereinbelow de-
scribed has heretofore been zoned as Residential Use District;
and
WREFEAS under the provisions of Section XV of said Ord-
inance a proper petition for change of zone classification of
said tract to Commercial Use District has been filed with the
City Clerk of Renton, and the Planning Commission of said City
having approved such change, and public hearing having been held
thereon by the City Council pursuant to published Notice of Hear-
ing, and no protests having been filed or made; Now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
Section 1: The following described tract in the City
of Renton is hereby rezoned and reclassified as a Commercial
Use District, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to change
the maps'of the Zoning Ordinance of the City to show this change;
said tract being described as:
That portion of the NE -1, of NE' Section S. Twp 23, R 5
E, WM described as follows;
The West 50t less the South 851 of the following
described tract: Beginning 9201 South of the NE
corner Section 8, Township 23, Range 5 East, W.M.;
thence West 183.51; thence North to the South
margin of Sunset Highway No. 2; thence Easterly
along said South Margin to East line of said
Section 8; thence South to beginning less 116th
Ave. SE*
Section 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect f ve ays from and after its passage, approval and pub-
lication.

19 50 .
