ORDINANCE NO. 1412.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, FIXING THE. AMOUNT
OF TAX LEVIES NECESSARY TO MEET THE AMOUNT OF ESTIMATED EXPEINSES
FOR THE YEAR 1952 LESS THE TOTAL ESTIMATED REVENUES FROM SOURCES
OTHER THAN TAXATION, INCLUDING AVAILABLE SURPLUS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The total amount of estimated expenses required for the
City of Renton for the year 1952 is the sum of $939,128.8liplus the sum
of $6,500,000.00 for the -acquisition of a Power & Light System, to be met
by bond issues; the total estimated revenues from sources other than taxa-
tion, including available surplus, is the sum of $765,806.71; the amount
necessary to be raised by taxation is the sum of $173,322.10.
SECTION 2: There is hereby levied and assessed against the taxable
property, real and personal, within the corporate limits of the.City of
Renton, Washington, for the purpose of raising the necessary revenues
for said City for the year 1952 the following amounts, to -wit:
Assessed Valuation - $11,55+,807.00 -
For Current Expense Fund. . . . . .

For Athletic Field (Park) Fund. .
For Civilian Defense Fund . .

SECTION 3: A certified copy of this Ordinance shall be transmitted
to King County Commissioners as provided by law.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five
(5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
