DRDINANCE NO. 1424
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR THE CLOSING OUT OF LOCAL IMPROVE-
MENT.GENERAL FUND, TRANSFER OF BALANCE THEREOF
P' INTO CURRENT FUND AND REPEALING ANY ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The local Improvement General Fund' heretofore
established by Ordinance No. 61d, duly approved and passed on the 17th
day of October, 1922, be and the same is hereby closed out and termin-
ated. The City Treasurer of the City of Renton, is hereby authorized
and instructed to transfer the remaining balance in said Local Improve-
ment General Fund, to -wit; the sum of One Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-
two & 351100 ($1,32.35) Dollars into the Current Fund of the City of c�
Renton. r
Section 2: That Ordinance No. 618 and all other ordinances
and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are here-
by repealed and superseded.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after its passage, approval and publication.
