AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON,WASHINGTON,
RESTRICTING AND PROHIBITING PAREING OF VEHICLES
ON CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN THE CITY OF RENTON,
AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON AS FOLLOW:
Section 1. Parking of vehicles is hereby restricted and limited
to one (1) hour only between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. on
the following described and designated street, to -wit:
On the East side of Shattuck Street between
Second and Third Avenues.
Section 2. Parking of vehicles on school days between the hours
of 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. is hereby prohibited on the following des-
cribed and designated streets:
On Fourth Avenue North between Park Avenue
and Garden Street.
Section 3. Parking of vehicles between the hours of 7:00 A.M.
to 9:00 A.M. and between the hours of 4:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. is here-
by prohibited on Airport ,Way.
Section 4. Parking of vehicles at any time is hereby restric-
ted and limited to "load and unload passengers only" on the following
described and designated street:
On the East side of Logan Street North, be-
tween Eighth Avenud the Main Gate of
the Hoeing Airplane Company.
Section 5. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed and superseded.
Section 6. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of misdemeanor and upon
conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum of not exceeding $25.00.
Section 7, This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after its- passage, approval and publication.
