AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
LMTING PARKING OF VEHICLES ON A CERTAIN DESIG-
NATED STREET, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE
VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON:
SECTION I : Parking of vehicles at any time on the east side of
Factory Street between_ Bronson Way North and Third .Avenue North is hereby
restricted and limited to two hours only.
SECTION II: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and are hereby repealed and superseded.
SECTION III: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of
the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum not exceeding $25.00.
SECTION IV: This ordinance shall- be in full force and effect
after its passage, approval and publication.
