AN ORDINANCE OF THE. CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
PROHIBITING PARKING OF VEHICLES ON A CERTAIN
DESIGNATED STREET, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR
THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON:
SECTION I•
Parking of vehicles at any time is hereby prohibited
from the west curb line of Shattuck Street and Third Avenue for a dis-
tance of approximately 550 feet westerly along the south side of Third
Avenue.
SECTION II: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and are hereby repealed and superseded.
SECTION III: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of
the provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of misdemeanor and
upon conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum not exceeding Twenty-
five (25.00) Dollars,
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after its passage, approval and publication.
