AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, RESTRICTING PARI=TNG OF
VEHICLES ON A CERTAIN DESIGNATED
STREET, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR
THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
Section l: Parking of vehicles at any time on the east side of
Mill Street e' ween Third Avenue and Fourth Avenue is hereby prohibited.
Section 2: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and are hereby repealed and superseded.
Section 3: Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision
of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
thereof shall be fined in a sum not exceeding $25.00.
Section : This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after
its passage, approval and publication.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 8th day of December, 1953.
