AN ORDINANCE OF THE, CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, RESTRICT.
ING AND REGULATING PARKING.OF VEHICLES :ON A CERTAIN
DESIGNATED STREET;. PROVIDING PENALTIES'.FOR THE VIOLATION
THEREOF'.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON.AS:FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: No.vehicles shall be parked or allowed to remain parked
on the West side of :Park Street between .Fourth Avenue North and Sixth Avenue
North between the hours of 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.,.and on the East side of "Park
Street between Fourth .Avenue North and -Sixth Avenue North between the hours of
6:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M., except Sundays and Holidays; except that no parking
shall be allowed at any time on .Park Street for a distance of 100 feet Northerly
from its intersection with Fourth .Avenue North.
SECTION II: Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision
of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof
in
shall be fined/any sum not exceeding Twenty-Five.Dollars ($25.00).
SECTION III: Section III -of Ordinance .No. 1656, together with any
other Ordinances or parts.of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed
and superseded.
SECTION IV: This -Ordinance shall be in.full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and legal publication:
