AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON,,WASHINGTON", PROVIDING
FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS BETWEEN GENERAL CLASSES AND EXPENDITURES.
BE IT :ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY'COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: For the purpose of providing additional funds for the main-
tenance and operation of the below mentioned Department and in order to meet
certain obligations and expenditures which could not be foreseeable at the time
of the adoption of the 1958 Budget, it is hereby found necessary for the proper
administration, operation and benefit of the City and the Water Department to
transfer funds between general classes as hereinbelow provided and as authorized
.by Chapter 322 of the 1955 Session Laws of the State of Washington, and such transfers
are hereby found to be in the public interest.
SECTION II: The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to
make and execute the following transfer of funds, to -wit:

SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and legal publication.
