AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTOq, PROVIDING.FOR
TRANSFER OF FUNDS BETWEEN GENERAL CLASSES AND EXPENDITURES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY'COUNCIL.OF THE CITY OF
RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: For the purpose of providing additional funds for the
maintenance and operation of the below mentioned department and in order to meet
certain obligations and expenditures which could not be foreseeable at the time
of the adoption of the 1959 Budget, including the planning of certain utilities
which are necessary for the preservation of the public health, it is hereby found
necessary for the proper administration, operation and b�nefit of the City to
transfer funds between general classes as hereinbelow provided and as authorized
by Chapter 322 of the 1955 -Session Laws of the State of �Iashington, .and such
transfer is hereby found to be in the public interest,
SECTION II: The City Clerk is hereby authoriz d and directed to make
and execute the following transfer of funds, toy -wit:
FROM: Water Construction Fund
Capital Outlay •. Construction $7,345.00
UNTO: Water Administrative Fund
Salaries & Wages
.Senior Engineer Assistant 4,275.00
Clerk Typist 11 2,34:5.0 :7; 0.2D, 00
Maintenance & Operations
Insurance 25.00

SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full orce and effect from
and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
