ORDINANCE NO. 1752
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHTNGTON, RESTRICTING
PARKING OF VEHICLES ON A CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREET; PROVIDING
PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY OO?rNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Parking of vehicles between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and
5:30 P.M. on the west side of Main Street between Second Avenue and Fourth
Avenue is hereby prohibited, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
SECTION II: Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision
of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdeamnor and upon conviction thereof
shall be fined a sum not exceeding $25.00.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
