BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1. That it is the intention of the�City Council to order the improvement of �,h3t',t,t1C}� St'.x'E.'ef'i

Hydrants
and doing such other work as may be necessary in connectiur. there�vith, all in �ccordance with plans prepared by
the City Engineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections
at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council ChamUer in the City Hall in the City of Renton at
8 RQQ------. o'clock P. M., on the ------���r_-------•--- day of __�L111E'_------------------------------------- 19�s�J-------.. Which time and place
is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to swid proposed improvement, and all objections thereto, and for
3etermining the method of payment for said improvement.
3. That the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided by law, submit to the City Council, at or prior to said
date, all tiuta and information required by ]aw to be suhmitted.
4. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed.against the property liable
therefor, as provided by law.
