RESOLUTION N0. 584
BE IT ORDAINED BY TE-IE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improvement oP
Dixie Avenue, etal, �hrough the alley between Block 5
Renton Real Lstate Company's lst Addition to the City�oP Renton
and the tax lots lying north of Tobin Avenue between I,ogan a,nd
Shattuck Streets, alon� Tillicum Avenue from the East end
thereof to Zake Street and through the alleys in Blocks 3 and
4, Renton Real �state Company's lst Addition to the City of
Renton., and along the West end of said Blocks 2 and 3 from
Tillieum Avenue to the alley in Block 3, by laying four (4) ineh

laying 4" water main
and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection there�:ith, all in sccordance with plans prepared by
the City F.ngineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections
at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City of Renton at

is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to s&id proposed improvement, and all objections thereto, and for
determiniug the method of payment for said iinprovement.
3. That the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided by law, submit to the City Council, at or prior to said
date, all dt.ta and information required by ]aw to be 4ubmitted.
4. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be boi•ne by and asaessed against the property liable
therefor, as provided by law.
