BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON: I
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improvement of Block 6, '
Smither's Fifth Addition to the Town of Renton

extension of sanitary sewer system by laying an ei,;ht-inch
vitrified clay pipe 200 Peet south from the center line of ` ��
alley in block six, and 200 feet of six-inch vitrified clay _ �'
pipe from that point south along said center line of said
alley.
and doing such•other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, ali in uccordance with plans prepared by
the City Engineer.
2. That ail persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections
at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Ch�mber in the City Hall in the City of Renton at I

date, all d�ta and information required by ]aw to be submitted.
4. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by aiid assessed against the property liable
therefor, as provided by lttw.
