BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improvement of '1'Ob1Y1 i�venue �

and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in �ccordance with plans prepared by
the City �ngineer.
2. That ail persons �vho may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections
� at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber in the City Eiall in the City of Renton at

is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to sFid proposed improvement, and aIl objections thereto, and for

4. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the property ]iable
therefor, as provided by law.
