RESOLUTION N0. 552 __
' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1. That it is the intention oP the City Council to order the improvement op
Seventh 1lvenue from Renton Street to ��st boundary of liigh �treet
from Seventli 1ivenue south on izigh Street to the south bounua�y of
Eighth _`�venue. L�rom �ii�h �treet west on �ighth nvenue to the
west boundary of Grant �treet; from yighth Avenue north on Grant
Street to the north boundary o� �eattle Pipe Line �ight of :�r�ay

grading and oiling
and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, al] in 4ccordance with lans re ared b

the City Engineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections
� at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City of Renton at

is hereby fixed for hearing ali matters relating to s�.id proposed improvement, and all objections thereto, and for

date, all dwta and information required by ]aw to be submitted.
4. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the property liabie
therefor, as provided by law.
