RESOLUTION N0.�64 _
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improvement oY 'ti�l@ follov�ing
described property:
Beginning at the south margia of Walla Walla Avenue
in �the center of the alley, Block 5, S�.thers 5th Addition to
Renton; the proposed 8'� lateral runs south 437 Peet more or
less to the main sewer line on 6th Avenue

o� a sewer

and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therevrith, all in �ceordance with plans prepared by
the City Engineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections
I at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber in t.he City Hall in the City of Renton at
_...._..__8..._. o'clock P. M., on the __._..18.r±�_.___ day of N048IIIU_ET__________________________ 19�1_____., which time and place
is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to ssid proposed improvement, and all objections thereto, and for
determining the method of payment for said improvement.
3. That the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided by la�v, submit to the City Council, at or prior to said
date, all dsta and information required by ]aw to be submitted.
4. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the property liable
therefor, as provided by law.
