his wife, have paid all ta.ges and assessments against said
property.

be, and they are hereby authorized to egecute a ��Quit Claim
Deed conveying all interest oP the City of Renton, in and to
IIorth 36 feet of v�est 142 Peet of Tract 22,
Renton Co-operative Coal Company' s Acre Traets,
Renton, King County, ���ashington,
to Oliver I��. Hazen and Vivian S. Hazen, his wife, for the !
consideration of Forty �c 88/100 (�40.88) Dollars, local
in
assessments and payment of all taxe�f'ull to the County
Treasurer.
