u�REAS, the Puget Sound Power and Light Company has
�ffered to furniyh, for a period of five years commencing with
the 8th day of February , 1932, and ending with the 8th day of
February, 1937, certain ser�ice in furnishing power for municipa 1
pumping, on terms and condi ti�ne as aet out in said proposed contract
hereinafter referred to ae BQunicipal �1'ater Pumping Power contract ; and
�YHE�E�YS, the Puget Sound Power and Light Company has offered
to furnish, for a peri od of five years cominencing with the 8th day
� of February , 1932, and ending with the 8th day of February , 1937,
street lighting service, on terms and conditione as set aut in said
� proposed contract hereinafter referred to as I�unicipal Street Zighting
contract; and
. ti�dHEREAS, the City Council desires to enter into a contract for
municipal pumping power and for municipal street lighting, on terms
and :conditions set forth in said proposed contracts , Now, Therefore,
, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Renton as
follows :
Section 1: 'ihat the T��ayar and Clerk be and they hereby are
authorized and directed to execute and deliver, on behalf and in
the name of the City of Renton, said proposed contract for I�unicipal
Vi�ater Pumping Power.
Secti on 2: That the �iay or and Cl erk be an d t,hey hereby are
authorized and directed to execute and deliyer , on behalf and in
the name of the City of Renton , said proposed contract for �unicipal
Street Zighting.
