On the North side oP Second Avenue from �7e11s �treet to
�'Pilliams Street;
On the North siae o� Third Avenue f rom Burnett Street to Logan
Street;
On the North side of Third Anenue from a point 50 feet VPest oP the
VGest margin of Y�hitworth Street to a point 100 feet West of the said

On tne South side of Third Avenue from the East m�,rgin of 1�hitworth
Street to a point 50 feet East thereof;
On the South side of Thira. Avenue from the East mar�in of West
Burnett Street to the CPesterly track oP Northern Pacific Railv�ay;
On the South side of Third Avenue from the East margin of Wells
Street to a point 55 feet East thereoP;
On the East side oP �ill Street Prom the North margin of Houser

SECTION 2; It being the c�esire of the City Administration that a1.1

SECTION 3; Vehicles other than husses are �rohibited from parking
� in the areas mentioned in Section One.
S�CTION 4: There shall be maintained a no parking zone in the
area.s in front of the Renton, Ra.].nier and Roxy Theatres at a11 times.
SECTION �: That Orc�inance #1153 �nd all other ordinances or
parts of ordinaxice� in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 6: Any person niol�.tin� a_ny provision of this ordinance
shall be �uilt� of � misdemeanor, and sh�l.l be fined in any sum not
exceedin� �100.00, or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, or by both
such fine and imprisonment.
S�CTION 7; This Ordinance sha11 be in full force and effect on
and after r ebruary 19, ].945, after its passage, approval and legal
publication.
