AN ORDInTANCE OF THE CZTY �F T��ON, 1��iSHINGTON, CREATING
A1VZ7 ESTAB�ISHING A. CU�dUL��`SI�IE RES",�RVE FUND FOR THE �AK.L�wG OF PUBLIC
I�'ROVE�TTS: �iHE ACQUISI`1'1:ON OF LAI�D, SITES, AND/OR RIGHTS-OF-
Y�AY; ��D �HE' P.�YME�TvvT OF CONSULT.r�.}T'1', ETvGINEF�ING, AND ARCHITECTURAL
SERVICES.
The City Couneil of the City oY Renton do ordain as follows:
Section l: That there be and hereby is established a
Cumulative Reserve Fund pursuant the provisions of Section 9213-5
xemington's Revised Statutes , to be known as '*Cumulative Reserve
Fund For The �aking Uf Pub1iE Improvements; The Acquisition 02'
Land, Sites , and/or Kights-flf-Way; and The Fayment of Consultant,
En�inesring, and Arehitectural Services". �
Sectiou 2: The monies in said fund may be allowed to
a�cumulate from year to �ear until the City Couneil of the City
of Renton shall determine to expend the monies in said fund Por
the purpose specified.
Section 3: That ang monies in said �und shall never be ex-
pended Yor any other purpose than that apeciYied without an
approvin� vote by a ma�ority oY the electors of the City of Renton
at a general or special election voting on a proposal submitted to
the electors to allow other speciPied uses to be made of gaid funds.
Section 4: This urdinance shall be in tull force and ePfect
five days after its passage, approval and publieation as required
by law,
