The City Council of the City of Renton do
ordain a�� follot=rs:
SECTION I: That there is hereby created a
special fund in the City of Renton to be known as and
designated as the Park Fund.
SECTTON TI: Al1 monies levied by the City
of Renton for park purposes shall be deposited in the
Park Fund, and shall be �rithdrawn therefrom for park i
pur�oses only� on v�arrants drawn vn said ParY Fund by
the City Clerk and countersigned by the �iayor. I�
This Ord�.nance shall be in full force and effect
five days from and after its passage, approval and legal
publication.
