Tr�e City Council of the City of Rentan do ordain as I
follo�vs: I
SECTION T: That ��hereas hsretofore the City of Renton '
pledgec�the ex�enditure of the sum of �31.630.00 in the con-
struction of certain city wide street and a11ey improvements
to be constructed by the j���ork Projects Ad�linistration, and
�Y'her�as a considerable portion of s�,id sum. has heretofore
been expended,
No�1 th.er��or�, the City of Renton pledges itself to
expend fron the generai fund, or from monies colleeted from
local improvement districts, the cityTs portion of the cost
of constructing such street and alley improvements as shall
hereaf ter be agreed upon betvyeen the City of Renton and the
V�ork Projects Adr�inistration.
S�;CT�ON IT: T'r?is ordinance shall be �.n full force and
effect five days from and after its passage, approval and
publication.
